As an Admin with team accounts permissions, you have the ability to manage team account cardholders for your Club.

Navigate to "Team Accounts" in the left-hand menu and click the "Cardholders" tab.  In this view, you will be able to see all of the team accounts cardholders for your Club.

From here, you have the ability to:

  • Pause Card - The card will be paused and cannot be used for any new purchases or ATM cash withdrawals.  Paused cards can be reactivated by a finance admin with team account permissions, team treasurer, or cardholder.
  • Replace Card - The card will be canceled immediately.  You will then be able to provide a reason for replacement, confirm your shipping information, and initiate the card replacement process.  You can expect the replacement card to arrive within ten business days of initiating the replacement. 
  • Update PIN - Create a new pin for the team account card.
  • Suspend Card - The card will be suspended and cannot be used for any new purchases or ATM cash withdrawals.  Suspended cards can only be reactivated by a finance admin with team account permissions.
  • Cancel Card - The card will be canceled and the card cannot be used for any new purchases or ATM cash withdrawals.  This action is final and cannot be undone.
