How to Transfer External Funds Into a Team Account

If a player contact pays their team fees outside of PlayMetrics (via cash, check, Venmo, etc.) you are able to add that money into your Team Account. 

To apply a cash/check/Venmo payment, you will first need to deposit the money into your regular bank account, then wire the money to the Team Account using the Team Account routing and account number.

You have the ability to view the team account's account and routing number from the "Account Details" tab. 


Once the money transfer is in the Team Account, you can then reconcile the money and associate it with a team fee and choose the specific player.
